Check In Information

GUEST ACCESS

You will Check-in directly at "The Mountain View Condo" with Keyless Entry. 

To enter the Sail Lofts building, use one of the entrance doors and enter building code (codes will be sent to you prior to check in)

 
Proceed to the second floor of Sail Lofts Building #1. Condo unit # 208.

You may use the stairs or the elevator.
Your door code is the last four digits of the phone number booked on the reservation. 

Check-in any time between 4pm and 9pm.

Please note, YOUR UNIQUE CODE WILL WORK STARTING AT 4PM.
Please plan to arrive by 9PM, or let us know in advance if you’ll be arriving later so we can assist. Arrivals after 9PM without prior notice may experience delayed host response. 

If you have an issue with your code, please contact us! 

Once you enter the door code on unit 208, you need to push the lock button and wait a few seconds until you hear the lock disengage. Upon exiting your vacation rental you must press 'LOCK' to lock the door. 

Please lock the door when you leave the unit.

Check in time is between 4pm and 9pm. 

LUGGAGE CART

There is a courtesy luggage cart available for use to assist with your bags.

You can find this cart in the heated garage by the door of the elevator.

PLEASE DO NOT BRING THE LUGGAGE CART INTO THE CONDO UNIT.

Please leave it in the hallway.  There is a door stop behind the front door of the condo unit for your convenience.  

Please return the cart to the garage immediately after use.

PLEASE NOTE THAT CHECK OUT TIME IS 10AM.
