Amenities

We are welcoming you into our home so we kindly ask that you treat our condo like your friend's home -- with care and respect. We also try to make this condo your home away from home -- and provide almost everything you could need to cook a meal and be comfy! We provide a variety of household items for you to use during your stay. With that in mind, you will find an initial supply of the following items:

Fully stocked kitchen including cookware, tableware, plates, glasses, coffee maker, toaster and more.
Smart TV's in the living room and one bedroom with basic channels. Please use your personal login to access additional steaming services.

Trash & Recycling

Kindly remove all trash and recycling from the unit on a regular basis and place in the appropriate receptacles located in the small brown building in the Sail Lofts outdoor parking lot. The door code for the trash/recycling building is 12345. There are three separate bins in the trash building, one for glass only, one for all other recyclable waste and one for trash. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE TRASH IN THE HALLWAYS OR ON THE BALCONY.

Board Games & Puzzles

For a fun family night, we have several board games and puzzles located in the cabinet between the dining room and living room, next to the window. Please enjoy these games and kindly place ALL game pieces back in the boxes after use so other can also enjoy them in the future.

Charging Stations

For your convenience, we have placed outlets and charging stations in various places around the condo including some bedside alarm clocks.

Snow Removal

Sail Lofts will take care of snow removal outside the building, on the sidewalks and in the parking lot. Please keep in mind that Summit County can get a lot of snow so please use caution when walking outside as ice can form under new snow, especially on the pathway beween the condo and Lake Dillon. The snow on the balcony will not be shoveled. If you would like to remove snow on the balcony, you will find a snow shovel in washer/dryer closet.

Light Switches & Outlets

Please note that some of the light switches in the bedrooms power the outlets. If you notice something is not powering on, please check the light switch.

Ski, Snowboard, Bike & Gear Storage

Please store all equipment including skis, boots, snowboards, bicycles and other gear in the storage closet located in the heated garage. Please do not store any of these items in the condo unit. The storage closet is directly in front of the designated parking space for your unit #208 in the heated garage. For more info and access code, please see "Arrival Information".
