Who do I contact if I have an issue during our stay?
We work hard to prepare the condo for your arrival. Please contact us if you have any issues during your stay.
Non-emergency issues that arise after business hours will be addressed the next day.
How can I check Road Conditions?
Check CDOT's webiste HERE for current road conditions. For more info on Floyd Hill's road construction delays, visit our Prepare For Your Stay Page.
Can I request cleaning during our stay?
The condo was cleaned prior to your arrival. If you would like to request additional cleanings, we will be happy to try to accommodate your request based on availability for an additional fee with at least 24-48 hours notice if possible. This request is not always possible, especially during high season.
Where can I find extra sheets for the sleeper sofa?
You will find extra pillows, sheets, blankets and pillowcases in the bedroom closet.
What if we spill or stain?
We realize life happens, so if you accidentally spill something during your stay that causes damage or stains, please contact us right away.
Where can we rent ski's or snowboards?
You can find ski rentals all over Summit County. If you would like to rent skis or snowboards around Dillon, visit our Prepare For Your Visit page for info.
If you'd prefer rentals you can pick up at the ski resort, check the resort websites or check out EPIC Gear's resort rental program.

What can we do if we arrive early?
If you arrive before check-in time, don't worry there is plenty to do! Pick up groceries to stock the condo, grab a bite to eat at a local restaurant, shop at the Silverthorne Outlets or take a walk along beautiful Lake Dillon.

Why are cleaning fees so high?
We're glad you asked! Welcome to the Mountains...where good housekeepers are hard to find and when you do find good housekeepers, they are expensive! In addition, hotels charge their housekeeping costs into the cost of a hotel room while we only charge a one time fee regardless of the number of nights you decide to stay. Hotels clean a small room within fifteen minutes while our housekeepers spend up to three hours cleaning and sanitizing two bedrooms, two bathrooms plus a large common living room area in the condo. We hope this helps create a better understanding between a hotel cleaning and a rental condo cleaning.
What do I do if I find damage in the condo upon check in?
If you find something unusual or something damaged upon arrival, please document with you camera phone and contact us immediately. This photo will document the damage. We appreciate your help and cooperation.
