A FEW FRIENDLY REMINDERS:

Weather can change quickly in Colorado. Please keep this in mind when leaving doors and windows open for extended periods of time as a significant drop in temperature causing pipes to freeze which can cause flooding. Even during warmer months there’s a risk of heavy rain showers combined with high winds that can roll in at a moment’s notice.We understand that accidents happen so if you or a guest breaks or damage anything in the condo, please let us know immediately.

Please inspect the condo upon your arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues or damaged items we should know about it. 

Guests and all occupants accept responsibility and liability for any missing items or damages caused to the property including excessive cleaning fees.

This condo is located in a residential community and it is home to many residents. Please respect their privacy.

This is a smoke-free residence, including on the balcony and area surrounding the property. Smoking of any substance including vaping, marijuana or any drugs is strictly prohibited. A minimum $500 fee will be charged if there is evidence of smoking and will be added to any other charges. This violation will result in your stay being terminated.

We love animals and you may see animals at Sail Lofts, however pets are not permitted in this condo at anytime per HOA rules.  If evidence of any animal is found you will be asked to immediately remove the animal and a minimum $500 fee will be charged and will be added to any other charges. Service animals must be disclosed upon booking. 

Please do not remove any items from the condo. We keep a detailed inventory of all items provided.
