ONE PARKING SPACE IN HEATED GARAGE:
There is one reserved parking space in the heated parking garage, located on the ground floor of Sail Lofts.
The parking lot and garage entrance can be accessed off La Bonte Street, on the south east side of the building.
To enter the garage, use the entrance door directly next to the garage door and enter code 1207#.
Once inside the garage, press the arrow button on the nearest column to open the garage door.
Please park in the designated spot for Unit 208 only.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please DO NOT warm up cars in the parking garages. The excess exhaust created by doing so creates issues with the vent and heating system which can result in pipes bursting in the building. Only licensed motor vehicles with a GVW of 7,500 pounds or less may be parked in the Garage. Storage of personal property is only permitted in the storage units, not in parking area. Auto work is not permitted in the garage.
Enter the garage through the small door on the right (code 1207#) and then open the garage door from the control located on the first pillar as you walk in.
There is a door directly across the parking garage from your parking space that will lead you to the elevator.
There are stairs located behind the elevator and on the far side of the parking garage.
Proceed to the second floor, unit #208 via the stairs or elevator.

STORAGE CLOSET FOR GEAR IN HEATED GARAGE:
There is a door to a storage closet directly in front of the designated parking space for your unit.
Please store all gear including skis, snowboards, ski boots and bicycles in the closet.
TO OPEN THE STORAGE CLOSET: Enter the 4-digit code and turn the knob to the left.
TO LOCK THE STORAGE CLOSET: Push the Schlage button at the top (you do not need to enter the code) and it will start blinking. Close the door and turn the knob to the right. NOTE: The lock will not be fully engaged and locked until the Schlage button stops blinking. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE DOOR IS LOCKED.

PLEASE NOTE: Storage of hazardous or controlled materials having properties that are a physical hazard such as toxicity, corrosiveness, flammability, reactivity, or are regulated because of environmental or health hazard concerns is not permitted in the storage closet.

ONE PARKING SPACE OUTSIDE IN PARKING LOT:
If you park in the outside parking lot, a Sail Lofts parking pass MUST be displayed on your rear view mirror. The parking pass is inside your condo unit on the wall behind the front door.
Guests may use ONE parking space outside based on availability.
PLEASE RETURN THE PARKING PASS TO THE SAME LOCATION AT CHECK OUT. A $50 will be charged if the parking pass is not returned.
Vehicles that do not comply will be towed at the owner's expense. Recreational vehicles, trailers, boats or other property may not be parked in the outside parking lot. No overnight parking is permitted on any road, shoulder or unpaved portion of the Common Elements.
ADDITIONAL PARKING OPTIONS:
If you have more than two vehicles to park overnight, please utilize the Town of Dillon paid parking lots for any additional vehicles.
