If you are heading back to Denver, keep in mind that travel times during peak times, weekends and bad weather can be VERY heavy, even if it's not snowing! Keep an eye on traffic conditions and Floyd Hill construction delays. Leave plenty of time if you're heading to the airport -- there can be HOURS of delays possible.

Late check out fee: $50 per 30 minutes. After noon, if you have not vacated the property the FULL daily rate will be charged. Please note that this does NOT grant you an extra night stay. This fee will be charged for not vacating the propery as agreed upon in a timely manner.
