In case of fire: DO NOT USE THE ELEVATORS!
If the fire alarm sounds: If the door to the condo or room is hot to the touch, DO NOT open the door. Seal the door with wet towels. CALL 911 and await further instructions and assistance. If the door to the condo or room feels cool, open carefully and proceed to the closest exit. If smoke is present, crawl to the closest exit. Exit as quickly as possible and ensure that all persons are accounted for. Do not re-enter the building until a Fire Officer states that it is safe.
A fire extinguisher and first aid kit is located in the closet next to the front door.
Please familarize yourself with all exits upon your arrival.
